Shipping Domestic:

All items will be shipped within 5 days of purchase via USPS priority unless otherwise noted or arranged in advance.

Shipping International:

- By default, ALL PACKAGES SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY ARE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS. (Unless: see below)

- First Class is the most affordable and averages around $25 (whereas $15 is added automatically to all international orders placed on the website).

- First Class packages do not always come with tracking information. Once the package leaves the United States, Mascon Leather is not held liable for post office failures, customs blocks, and etc. (Yes, Mascon Leather international packages shipped via First Class have been “Lost in Mail” once they’ve left the United States.)

- If the shipping software (via USPS) deems a shipping rate is above $25, I will place this order on hold and contact you directly via the email address provided on the order form to discuss shipping options, additional funds required, etc. Any shipping fee above $25 is due immediately by the buyer. A separate invoice will be sent to buyer after arrangements have been made. Additional shipping option examples: "USPS International Priority Mail" & UPS

- If I do not receive a reply from you within 5 days, the order will be canceled and a 5% "Cancelation fee" will be deducted from the purchase price (automatically allocated to credit card fees incurred.)

- International orders may incur a customs tax that the buyer will be responsible for. You will need to contact your local customs office to find out what the import tax that your country charges from USA exported goods

- Per United States Postal Codes, a telephone number must be entered on the order form at checkout for all international shipping.
