First Class packages do not always come with tracking information. Once the package leaves the United States, Mascon Leather is not held liable for post office failures. (Yes, Mascon Leather international packages shipped via First Class have been “Lost in Mail” once they’ve left the United States.)

• Per prior arrangement, International Priority Mail is an option. These shipping charges (or a reasonable estimate) will be added to the order prior to purchase. International orders may incur a customs tax that the buyer will be responsible for. You will need to contact your local customs office to find out what the import tax that your country charges from USA exported goods.

• Per United States Postal Codes, a telephone number must be entered on the order form at checkout for all international shipping.
